Fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts that lasts 10 days. After racking, it is aged in steel tanks for 6 months, then bottled without being filtered. To the eye it is golden, to the nose we find hints of peach, wild flowers and hawthorn, in the mouth it is full-bodied, important, with a good savory note.
